Information for Coaches

v  Please keep all team members and spectators in designated area

-         No plug in Devices allowed

-         No Coolers allowed inside

-         No Tables allowed

-         Please keep your team area to a minimum

v  Building will open at 7:45am

v  PLEASE report to the registration desk upon arrival Saturday morning. A final roster will have to be submitted prior to playing. In addition, one team packet will be distributed to each coach.

v  Have work teams ready and present when proceeding set is finished

-         Keep in mind work times may be moved up

v  Warm up time will begin at 8:00am

-         Saturday and Sunday

v  Initial Warm-ups will be 2 minutes of shared ball handling, 4 minutes of solo court use

-         Saturday and Sunday

v  First 3 matches will be begin at scheduled time

-         Saturday and Sunday

v  After first 3 matches 3 Minutes and 3 Minutes for warm ups

v  Tie Breaker for teams in the same pool

-         Record head to head

-         Point Difference head to head

Round #1    Pool Play     will consist of the following:

-          Matches will be 2- 25 point games, starting at 4-4

-          All games will be rally scored, win by 2 points and will have no cap

-          *Match times will move forward after each team has played their first match*

-          All match play will use the USAV net serve, Libero and 12 team substitutions

-           NO SHARED HITTING

Round #2  Pool Play  (Teams will be Placed in gold or Silver Pool )  

-          will be re-pooled- 1^st pool 1&2, 2^nd Pool 1&2, *3^rd Pool 1 or 2 go to Gold Pool

o    *3^rd Pool 1 or 2, 4^th Pool 1&2, 5^th Pool 1&2

-          *5th team in Gold pool will be determined by a 1 game playoff to 15 between 3^rd place from both Pools

-          Day 2 will start on 3^rd round of Gold and Silver pool Beginning at 8:30am

-          *Match times will move forward after each team has played their first match*

-          All match play will use the USAV net serve, Libero and 12 team substitutions

-           NO SHARED HITTING

Round #3 Play offs

-          Teams will have playoffs which will be determined by how they finish in Gold and Silver Pool Play

-          Tie Breakers

o    Record Head to head

o    Point Difference head to head

o    Point Totals Overall

-          4^th and 5^th will play in first round

-          2^nd and 3^rd will play in second round

-          Winner of 4^th and 5^th will play 1^st  in third round

-          Winner of 2^nd and 3^rd will play winner of third round

-          Awards to top 2 in each Play off round (Gold and Silver)
